Hi,
I'm Hannah (see, that's me over there ->). I
made this site to hopefully help people with one of the greatest games
I've ever played – Morrowind!
My site was inspired by the many "where is" questions posted to the GameFAQs Morrowind forum. As an active participant, I used to describe locations for certain questions that were asked repeatedly. It eventually dawned on me that people would find things easier if an in-game map was also provided. Since the forum didn't allow images, and there wasn't an existing web site out there that had in-game maps, I decided to create one of my own!
When I launched my site, it had a half dozen maps and looked very much like the one you see here today. My maps seemed to be well-received and so I kept making them! Now, three years later, my little website is still going strong and receives more visitors now than it ever has! The continued patronage of my site is, I feel, a direct testament to the longevity and universal appeal of Morrowind and the Elder Scrolls series.
Unfortunately, my site has become quite the little monster in the process – while it was busy getting popular and generating more traffic than I ever thought possible, it was also increasing my bandwidth bill every month. After a year of paying for 5 gigs transfer every month, I finally allowed advertising on my site to hopefully defray the cost. I hope you don't mind too much that they're there; they don't pay for all of my hosting bills, but they sure do help!
I'm retired from Morrowind now and haven't been updating this site much more than to fix things that might be broken or to tweak some html code. I am, however, kicking around the Official Elder Scrolls forums in anticipation of TES4: Oblivion, so if you stop by, you might just see me!

This site couldn't have been made possible without the combined efforts and support of the Elder Scrolls community! There have been so many who have supported me and this site that words fail me. When I first started the site, I had a list of acknowledgements and now that I have revisited them, I find that it's sadly lacking. Hundreds of people in big and small ways have contributed. Whether it was with support, suggestions, or even helping spread the word, there are too many to count. If you're one of those people (and you probably are! ^_^), please accept my profound gratitude and thanks. I couldn't have done it without you.
